'A bit of an outsider...'
That's how I describe myself in the fitness industry.
I'm an independent thinker who avoids falling in line with the crowds. My goal is to provide practical solutions that deliver specific results.
My approach to training allows me to leverage the tools, knowledge and skills to help my clients and to educate others how to achieve results.
I build programs for people who want a quick workout but don't want to compromise on the quality of the workout they are doing.
Now, it's definitely not going to be easy, and you will absolutely have to put in the work, but I can promise that if you put in the work you will see results. Guaranteed. All you have to do is show up with the desire to change your life!

'I first met Manny at F45 and was immediately drawn in by his energy and charisma, so much so I would only go to classes where he was coaching. Now as a personal training client I can say he brings the same energy and enthusiasm to each session I have with him. This has been the most important on mornings when I'm groggy or tired. Manny immediately lifts the mood. As for the workouts, I have seen a consistent and steady improvement in my strength, flexibility, and agility.
