WHAT TYPE OF HOME FITNESS EQUIPMENT DO YOU RECOMMEND?

A solid, full body workout can be done effectively using your bodyweight!
Adding in a few resistance bands, and two sets of dumbbells will give you increased resistance and burn.
Anything else is just the icing of the cake!

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR MACROS AND MEAL PLANS?

Yes I do! Please message me for assistance with your macronutrients and diet plans. 
Nutrition is key to getting results, whether you are looking to gain muscle, lose fat - or both!

HOW ARE YOU DIFFERENT THAN A REGULAR TRAINER?

I pride myself on my professionalism, I put 110% into each session and client - always having their goals at the top of my priorities, all while adding fun into it!
I am extremely form oriented, and will always focus on that over how heavy you can lift. Proper form will target the muscles more effectively and that way ultimately giving you the results you want faster!

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

I operate on a scheduled hourly appointment basis for private training sessions. Therefore, when cancelling an appointment, I require you to provide MORE than 24-hour notice, for which no additional loss shall be incurred. However, if you cancel a session LESS than 24 hours to the scheduled time, you will be charged in full for that training session, while I will utilize that time in working on your fitness program. You are entitled to a ONE-TIME cancellation fee waiver, whereby you can cancel a session in less than 24-hours, at no additional charge.


Should I cancel a session with less than 24-hour prior notice, you shall be entitled to one free session upon rescheduling. The free session will be redeemed at the earliest convenience. 


However, should I cancel a session with MORE than 24-hour notice, you will be entitled to no free session, but the training session shall be rescheduled within 7 days to ensure consistency and progress in your fitness program!
